The College of New Caledonia has a position for an instructor to teach in the Nursing Unit Assistant program. These positions are responsible for the delivery of courses, both theory and lab instruction and may include supervision and monitoring of students’ progression and evaluation while in their practicum. In addition, these positions may be responsible for arranging and organizing practicum placements.

The successful candidate for this position will have the following qualifications and skills:

Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience as a Nursing Unit Assistant preferred
• Nursing Unit Assistant certificate or relevant degree preferred
• Previous teaching experience and/or a Provincial Instructor’s Diploma would be considered an asset
